For Spring/Summer 2026, Solid Homme presented a collection that can easily be called “quiet maximalism”—a phrase that perfectly captures the collection’s low-key loudness. At first glance, it might seem soft-spoken, but there is an intentional layering of codes, prints, and textures that feels like a calm protest against fashion's louder impulses.

Stripes meet checks, checks meet stripes, and somehow it all works. Classic cotton stripes, often rendered in blue and white, are remixed into fresh narratives that feel experimental. Gingham patterns rendered in technical fabrics feel like a grown-up nod to childhood uniforms. Track pants and soccer shirts with their retro athletic undertones rub shoulders with pieces like silk shirts washed in hues of pink, yellow, and deep iron.

Speaking of colours, the gentle pastels keep things grounded, while indigo, grass green, and a hit of volcano red inject just the right amount of energy. The colours show the brand’s instinctual approach to styling, where colours don’t necessarily “match” in a conventional sense but sit together in a way that feels emotionally right. 

There’s also a touch of beatnik rebellion: suede-and-nylon bowling bags, floppy hats, and neck scarves recurring throughout, tying the looks together with an intellectual nonchalance.
