Tod's is a timeless brand that has always stayed true to its heritage. Matteo Tamburini, the house’s creative director since 2023, understands its codes and interprets them in his own way. Much like Jonathan Anderson at Loewe, Tamburini has the potential to elevate Tod's into a more coveted and trend-forward brand, making it not just relevant but highly desirable to luxury consumers.

For the Fall/Winter 2025 collection, Tod's takes a bold step by reimagining menswear staples with a sense of softness and chic nonchalance. Bomber jackets and shirt jackets, typically associated with a more structured, utilitarian look, are softened in silhouette, creating a more fluid and approachable aesthetic. The color palette leans toward earth tones, ranging from sand and burnt sienna to tobacco, giving the collection warmth and a laid-back vibe.

Some of the standout pieces include an oversized version of the Di Bag Folio, which offers ample space for office essentials; W.G. ankle boots, which are versatile and can be worn endlessly; and the various Pashmy jackets, which are silky, lightweight, and capable of elevating any look. Personally, I think the Pashmy jackets are worth investing in as they’re highly versatile—perfect for the office, dinner, brunch, or even running errands.

Compared to the Fall/Winter 2024 collection, Tod’s Fall/Winter 2025 lineup feels more dynamic, exciting, and in tune with current fashion trends, signaling the start of a new era for the house.
